Recycling electronics can feel like an occasional chore. EcoQuest explores how challenges, learning, and rewards make participation more engaging.
My role
Product flow, frontend, Firebase integration.
A gamified recycling platform with challenges, quizzes, role-based access, and a Firebase-backed admin experience.
The approach
- Built responsive customer and admin experiences using Next.js, TypeScript, and reusable Tailwind components.
- Implemented Firebase Authentication, protected routes, and role-specific access.
- Used Firestore and security rules for user, challenge, and quiz management, connecting activity to progress.
